It is a very good application so far, customer service is very good and they have been very helpful. Of course there are aspects that need to be improved.

Abby assisted me really quickly. Also she was nice and friendly all the time while she was supporting me.

App utilissima per la pagina delle domande frequenti, per poter tracciare la spedizione e la possibilità di offrire vari modi di comunicare con il servizio clienti. Il tutto è accessibile dai clienti tramite una piccola icona sempre presente sul sito, quindi rende più semplice l'assistenza ai clienti in caso di domande o assistenza.
Ho avuto necessità di contattare il supporto per alcune configurazioni e sono stati eccezionali, in pochissimi minuti hanno risolto tutto. Un ringraziamento particolare ad Abby per la sua gentilezza e professionalità.

even though I haven't finished setting it up entirely yet. So far, my experience has been great! The app is user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy to navigate. I did have a question during the setup process, and Lydia from customer support was incredibly helpful and prompt in assisting me. Just getting started with it, but was trying to avoid setting up the WhatsApp integration (I don't need it). As evident from the other reviews, the customer service was incredible. Hana was helpful, responsive, and solved my problem quickly. Thank you! I look forward to using the rest of the app's capabilities!
