It does so much for an app with excellent customer service! Every time I have a problem, I open the chatbot and get someone to help within 10 minutes most times. The customization is excellent. My only suggestion would be to allow the Track Order to have a page or allow us to put it on the top/bottom of the FAQ page. Other than that, I think it's great. I love how connected it is as well.

After the installation we had some questions. Lydia from support helped us with all the settings. That was very quick and uncomplicated. Very good service!
The app is easy to use and offers many options for building a good FAQ page. We will certainly activate the widget at a later date!
