I got great support from Jasmine, who helped me with anything I needed.
she helped me with opening new icons for my FAQ Page.

This is a very easy app to use and customer support was fast. Jasmine was a great help! I recommend if you need a simple FAQ page that requires little effort.

I was looking for a free FAQ app to help us setup an FAQ page for our site. Started using the app, and Prakash from AVADA was extremely helpful via their chat support. Added additional icons, expanded the # of faqs I could add...very cool.
