App utilissima per la pagina delle domande frequenti, per poter tracciare la spedizione e la possibilità di offrire vari modi di comunicare con il servizio clienti. Il tutto è accessibile dai clienti tramite una piccola icona sempre presente sul sito, quindi rende più semplice l'assistenza ai clienti in caso di domande o assistenza.
Ho avuto necessità di contattare il supporto per alcune configurazioni e sono stati eccezionali, in pochissimi minuti hanno risolto tutto. Un ringraziamento particolare ad Abby per la sua gentilezza e professionalità.
