If you're looking for an AI Chatbot look further. The AI bot is pretty basic and provides very poor answers e.g. when we asked for our top-selling product it answered it does not sell any products in that category. Even worse, when we installed the App it has overwritten our FAQ page - don't use it.

These improvements are part of a broader update scheduled to be released in the next 1–2 weeks. We're confident that this will significantly improve your experience with the chatbot.
As for the issue with your FAQ page being overwritten — thank you for highlighting this. It sounds like the app’s FAQ page may not have been assigned to a separate template, which caused it to overwrite your store’s default FAQ page. We completely understand how frustrating this can be, and we’d be more than happy to walk you through how to properly configure the FAQ section so it works alongside your existing site content without overwriting anything.

La page suivi de commande est catastrophique. Vous êtes redirigé via un site absolument pas friendly, qui n'est pas connecté à Shopify et donc ne propose pas un réel suivi de la commande.
De plus, bien qu'il soit pratique de pouvoir être contacté via différentes applications, il n'est pas possible d'être contacté directement via notre site.
