I love the easy set up of the app and the ability to customize it to my shop. Love that customers can easily track their orders without having to reach out.

This is a great app with fantastic service. Hana from the Live chat team is super helpful and responds quickly. We had a small styling issue which she resolved within a minute! Support pages are helpful too. The app is easy to navigate with plenty of features. Looks really professional. Useful to have both the pop-up and FAQ page, plus the optional chat option. Very impressive for a free app. I'd highly recommend it.
