I recently encountered an issue with the face button icon in my app that was affecting the user experience. Sonny quickly understood the problem, identified the root cause, and delivered a solution that was both effective and efficient.
It's very useful tool for my online shop. I used the default inbox in the past, but I found Chatty is more helpful. The FAQs function and Email integration saved time and made us more efficient, I'm recommend it, and you can't imagine it's all free. Thanks a lot, Chatty team.
