Theme support by Esther is very fast and responsive. The widget didn't show up on our site when enabled the first time, but Esther solved it very quickly.

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for good customer service I received from Nolan recently. I encountered an issue with save FAQs, and Nolan went above and beyond to assist me in resolving it promptly and efficiently.

Added this app to our Shopify store and had a couple of set-up issues. Tiana from the helpdesk was super quick to jump on the chat and even faster in rectifying and troubleshooting the issues I had. So far, the app works brilliantly and works well within our shop front. Will keep playing with it and adding to it so that it is more customised.

Hasta ahora es buena. Pero mi tienda no ha salido al mercado.
Sin embargo, hay que poder cambiar en el widget el orden de las preguntas y las categorías. Un cliente debe ver el panel de tipos de preguntas, en lugar de leer mil preguntas para poder encontrar la que necesita. No es lógico ni amigable.
