What a amazing Support I get from Chatty!
I had a great experience using Chatty for my business. Setting everything up was smooth, and the platform is very user-friendly. I especially want to give a big thanks to Jasmine, who was incredibly supportive and helpful throughout the process. She made sure I got everything I needed and was always quick to respond. It's not often you get that level of personal support, I highly recommend Chatty!

Great app, really fill out the hole that shopify official inbox can not achieve , a really nice platform indeed, chatty and Avada group has been very helpful for store owners in every-way possible. big shot out for Allen and Alyssa's dedication too since they have been really nice and professional. Also the back-end developer has done a good job too. Very quick fix.
Chatty ai chatbot is extremely helpful to have in my store. The amount of features it has makes it a game changer for your store. You can have a simple FAQ of course but you can also train the chatty ai bot on different questions and answers that you provide it. This is a great tool because it allows you to customize chatty to learn about your specific store and things you may want it to know so it can better assist your customers. They also have a feature that allows you to sync your products so that chatty can learn about them and better answer questions related to those products. It is very customizable and I like how much they offer in the app. I like having it so that any customers that I am not able to help immediately can still have their questions answered until I can reply. Another big thing that I really appreciate from any good app is their customer service. The Chatty team is extremely helpful and kind and get back to you quickly to address any problems you may be having. I was recently helped by Sonny and he was able to take care of issues I was having in a short amount of time due to their in app chat feature. Overall it is a very good app and I am excited to see what other features the team decides to add in the future.
Impressed by all that this app can do. I was looking for a simple AI chat solution, and this does the job, but also so much more. You can basically manage your entire user support in one concentrated place, from support team assignments, to FAQ's etc. Chatty's support team helped me resolve my one issue in no time.
We wanted to make sure some of the specific settings of the Shopify will be hidden by the Chatty - still accessible but not present for the users that would chat with the bot. The support made it happen in the matter of minutes. Hana and Alyssa sure did help a lot in this matter!
Excellent, i got the answers I need, i'm liking having the AI so far and when I reached out, Sonny was super helpful and even willing to help me test features out and see what works and what doesn't. Nice!
Great service so far, and a very positive experience. Audrey was very helpful in my first service chat. Pleased with early results. AI only works with chat - hoping that feature can be expanded to FB and IG messenger as well as emails.
