It really enhances customer and web-store transparency and communication tasks all in one place. The fact this app allows a web-store to present commonly asked FAQ's up-front make this app great. Clean, simple and brilliant well thought-out design. Customer support Abby was friendly and kind to help with questions I had to get the job done :). Really good app with many useful features that are easy to use. I had one issue with a page not found error when editing but the team instantly resolved it and I was back to work on it in no time.
