Chatty AI Chatbot & Live Chat

We wanted to make sure some of the specific settings of the Shopify will be hidden by the Chatty - still accessible but not present for the users that would chat with the bot. The support made it happen in the matter of minutes. Hana and Alyssa sure did help a lot in this matter!

We've been using this app for about 4 months now, and we just recently upgraded our plan to access some other features (more products for AI to learn from, more agents etc.) - so far it's worked pretty well for us. Their chat support is also very responsive.

Overall nice app, just make sure to put in a nice and detailed instruction for the AI in order to make it work the best it can.

I signed up for Chatty sometime ago, but just decided to go in and set everything up today. Even though it was Saturday, support was amazing. Jasmine was assisting and helped me set some things up.
