This is a great app with fantastic service. Hana from the Live chat team is super helpful and responds quickly. We had a small styling issue which she resolved within a minute! Support pages are helpful too. The app is easy to navigate with plenty of features. Looks really professional. Useful to have both the pop-up and FAQ page, plus the optional chat option. Very impressive for a free app. I'd highly recommend it.

A bit disappointed that you are not able to upload any profile photos to match your chat avatar. THey can only grab your logo from your Shopify store which won't work bc my logo is cut off. There isn't a way to upload any photos via chat either. Hopefully, they will offer these in the future.

Regarding your concern about uploading profile photos to match your chat avatar, we understand the current limitation where only the logo from your Shopify store can be used, which might not work if the logo is cut off. We have forwarded this request to our development team for consideration. In the meantime, you can change the logo using CSS if that helps.
As for the ability to upload photos via chat, we're pleased to inform you that this feature is currently in development and is estimated to be released soon. We will definitely notify you once it is rolled out.
we noticed that we haven't had the chance to communicate directly yet. We hope you consider reinstalling the app so we can provide better support and ensure you get the most out of our service.
