Chatty is a highly customisable Chat app you can install on your Shopify store. The customer service is absolutely amazing, they help you with everything until it's right and even help with customisations for the chat app design if you ask the customer service nicely. They're polite and always looking to make the customer experience better. I've loved using their app so far and this app is better than the majority of the paid apps in the Shopify App Store. Excellent app, it's beautiful design, easy for customers to use and the FAQ page and contact buttons that integrate into it are really helpful. I want to personally thank Rosie(customer service), Audrey (customer service), and Nikita (technician) for all their help over the past months.5 stars! ***** Highly recommended
I've had this app for abut a year and its been great since day 1. I've recently had to reach out to customer support and Audrey was amazing. She was very helpful and super efficient.
We love this app. It has all the features other (paid) apps have and much more. Their customer service is great. They are there for you 24/7 and can help with anything you ask! The app has really made it easier for me to run my business online. It's very intuitive and has allowed me to integrate a direct customer chat and a customizable FAQ section all in one place. Now my customers can quickly find answers to their questions or easily contact me for more complex issues, which has greatly improved the user experience.
