We were looking for a live chat service that could automatically notify us when a customer left our website.
Chatway is almost the only live chat service that can notify customers, and it's free!
We can't wait to see updates to the FAQ, quick reply feature, and more.

Owner of the app messaged me more than actual customers. 5 missed chats and email transcripts from the owner. Do they not have anything else to do? Kept asking me to leave a review or my opinion. If I had one I would've left my opinion or review at my own accord. Uninstalled the app.

Strenghts:
- Customizable live chat. You can live chat without preset answers.
- Easy and Fast to use and implement.
- Attractive widget and display.
- Easy for customers.
- All conversations in one place.
- Many integrations including email and messenger.
- Great customer service.

Opportunities:
- Widget cannot be removed with specific px's.
- Only default font poppins. Cannot select other fonts.
