Great app better then other expensive apps

Convenient and simple feature that will help you to stay in touch with your customers. We are using this app for a few weeks and we are satisfied. The only thing I can think about that would make this app even cooler is a built in translator.

Simple straight forward and easy to set up without all those extra unwanted bells and whistles that make a dashboard look like a living nightmare to figure out and navigate around, but that still has all the important basic features, is compatible with my store theme, looks great and functions without any issues. Another nice feature is that I can choose to delete any unwanted contacts from my chat list. Thumbs up to customer support for initiating my first live chat test.
