We've been using Chatway for less than a week, but we can already draw the first conclusions. Very fast installation and configuration of the necessary parameters and languages. A convenient mobile application helps you always be in touch with clients. I definitely recommend it!

Opportunities:
- Widget cannot be removed with specific px's.
- Only default font poppins. Cannot select other fonts.
Downloaded the app for Live Chat and I am impressed how easy it is to set up and use. It is beautifully designed as well. I was using the app within minutes of downloading. Works really well and is user friendly!
It's an easy to use app and has great customer service! I can cater to my customers efficiently. I've only started shopify and this was a great way to help me connect with customers that need my help. Glad to be a user of Chatway. <3
this is an easy to use app! it has helped me stay connected with my clients!!
The Chatway app has been very useful and intuitive for me and my team! We receive immediate notifications as soon as a customer submits an inquiry and we're able to assign chats between our staff. The UI is very responsive and intuitive as well!
