Best App for Chat on a shop web page. Live chat is the best way to be connected with customers. Great app i recommend it.

Very simple, easy to install without seven layers of options. Really helpful that you can download on your phone so you can respond even out of the office if needed. Customer service agents are very friendly and personable and know what they're doing.
