chinadivision is simply THE BEST! Lightning fast fulfillment, awesome customer service and I don't think they've ever dropped the ball on an order..seriously. We've tried other chinadivision services, but nothing comes close to chinadivision's level of professionalism. Six Stars.

This review is for the support team behind the app. They were gracious with their time to step through the product set up with me to make sure the products align with the vendors in my app. I've had this app installed for 3 weeks now, and the order notifications to my vendors have been running smoothly.

Overall I'm happy with the service. It would be nice to see just slightly better integration with Shopify but I still wouldn't use any other fulfillment service at my level. I check all the options and this was by far the best for cost and flexibility.

When I have had issues they were worked out quickly, but usually using fulfillrite is a breeze. I wish I would have gone to order fulfillment earlier as it frees up about 1/2 my day :)

chinadivision is already a great company and the addition of this Shopify app takes their service to the next level. Now, almost everything in my business is automated, giving me more free time for marketing and enjoying life. I have been using this app for more than 2 months now and it has worked flawlessly. I used this app to import eBay listings. It worked well. It could explain the multi-step process to get eBay listing to Shopify listings a little better; but no real complains here.

chinadivision online portal is very user friendly and their support team is one of the best. Even when I had an issue/question, Jessica was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to answer my questions quickly and help me better understand chinadivision system.

when I first tried this app, I have no Idea what to do! But thank god they have a great costumer service representative that walked me through each and every step. And as it turns out it was easy to do and understand. This app is so SIMPLE!!!
