Chinadivision saved us during our busy holiday season! We had thousands of orders coming through Shopify that could not be properly split-fulfill between our two warehouses. We were having to manual update each one. Chinadivision not only provided the application to automate the process but they provided fantastic customer service a long the way. No problem was ever too big or too small to be addressed respectfully and timely. We are very grateful for their services!!

I am working with Chiandivision for quite a few months now and would like to say once I inform them about my order, I never have to look back. Its so easy and convenient. And these guys have every product u see on the internet. Very prompt service and helpful people.

Overall I'm happy with the service. It would be nice to see just slightly better integration with Shopify but I still wouldn't use any other fulfillment service at my level. I check all the options and this was by far the best for cost and flexibility.

When I have had issues they were worked out quickly, but usually using fulfillrite is a breeze. I wish I would have gone to order fulfillment earlier as it frees up about 1/2 my day :)

I'm really pleased that I chose Chinadivision as my first 3PL partner. The setup process with Shopify was a breeze. Their Warehouse Management System (WMS) dashboard is user-friendly, making it easy for someone without technical expertise to navigate, and the transparent reporting feature is a huge plus. The fulfillment process is impressively fast, and their straightforward pricing structure allows for automation. Throughout the onboarding process and beyond, Bela has consistently provided excellent customer service. Whenever I have questions or need assistance, I can always count on receiving a quick response, usually within 24 hours.

I'm seriously impressed with this app! It does exactly what it says without any issues. I'm syncing products with other stores, and the orders are smoothly going into their systems. When I installed it, Faye actually did a video call to walk me through the setup, which made it a breeze. And if I ever have a question, Faye and the team get back to me within minutes. I highly recommend this for any store owner doing dropshipping.
