Automatically loading products while scrolling down and improving the overall experience
CI infinite Scroll app loads products infinitely while scrolling without reloading the collection page or search result page. While the customer is scrolling down, products are automatically loaded without any interruption. The store owner just clicks on the enable app button, and infinite scroll functionality is starting to work and enhances site loading speed. The store owner can customize the button with text and customize the loading icon as per the store’s requirement.

I bought the annual plan. the app is working, but it is not finished. the load more button shows even when there is only one page of products, and it also still shows when all the products are loaded. very bad user experience. visitor think there are more products to load but that the button does not work. i tried to contact the support several times but it seems that no one is behind this app. do not buy it. for those like me who are surprised to find so few and cheap infinite scroll/load more apps on shopify store, have a look at ajaxinate (light and free)

Regarding the Load More button behavior — the app is designed to show or hide the button based on pagination settings and theme structure. In most cases, this can be adjusted easily with a small configuration or theme-specific tweak. We’d also like to clarify that your subscription was on a monthly plan, not an annual plan, though this does not affect the level of support we provide — all users receive the same assistance.
