We were all set up to go at $5/mom after a call with Len and suddenly everything changed. My account was now $30 and in less than a week (in which I was traveling) I’m bombarded with email to update to the new plan with no prior notice. Then a day before I was told I had to make a choice, they deactivated my account. I get they are still figuring things out, but this wasn’t the way.

To clarify, while we don't offer a $5 plan (and haven't in the past), we have reached out to offer some solutions to address your needs: We've extended your trial, offered you a discount, and are ready to help you export your data if you decide to move to another platform.
