Sorry to hear about your bad experience. Unfortunately we had a server outage for about 18 hours. I am not sure about your comment on the support, because we did have had an email conversation, though it took a few hours for me to reply on your initial email. It is sometimes simply not possibly to reply within 30 minutes, especially when different timezones are involved. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SUPPORT! We needed the app to be able to issue unique discount codes so the team helped out very fast. The app is beautifully designed and works really amazing with our store. Highly recommend it for anyone wanting to add some fun and interactive gamification for collecting more leads from visitors!

If you're looking for something fun and exciting to your online shop, that will get you more customers engagement, this app is perfect. We've been trying it out before our shop starts officially running and it's been a a success amongst the selected users that are testing it, they can't wait to play it and get especial discounts.
It is well built and so far I haven't had any issues nor have found any other similar apps. Great value for money.
This gamification app is the first of its kind. Unlike the standard spin-to-win games that flood the Shopify app store, this game engages the customer where they determine what prizes can be won. Spin-to-win may give customers the feeling of fixed results however with claw crane the customer is in full control. This team is also very responsive to inquiries and fixes when needed!
