The Clay staff is friendly, listens well to my specific requests and are very accessible to do calls or explain things about the app.

We needed to merge a retail site that allows customization for products with a wholesale site that has bulk pricing and does not allow customization. This proved to be difficult, but Clay B2B Wholesale Pricing did the trick. It's simple, straight-forward, easy to use, and works out of the box. CSV uploads make updating bulk pricing dead-simple, and the customer service is outstanding. Extremely prompt and very helpful. I can recommend this app to any developer or business owner. Hiding customization features from other apps when a wholesale customer is logged in did take some liquid coding - but that's to be expected. Overall - 5 stars out of 5.

This app was perfect for expanding my business to include brick and mortar retail sales. The process of enabling B2B Customers, setting up discounting models and then applying them was streamlined and efficient with a very good amount of flexibility. The resulting user experience for my new wholesale customers is terrific as well. I set the whole thing up in only about 90 minutes.
Finally, when I encountered a minor issue (user error), the team was immediately available to help me resolve it!
