Signup as a Premium account and paid 21th of July . After paid my account turned into a basic account. Contact them several time and they ask for payment proof. I sent them the proof after that nobody try to contact me they are lost. Every 24th hour the app disconnected from my account and I need to re connect from the beginning. Total waste of money and time.
Diabolical. A month ago I was told to upgrade to the Premium Plan which I did, after that - no contact for weeks. I've sent support tickets, asked for call backs and assistance. They've been 'busy with Black Friday' was the response, but still did not look at any of the campaigns they've created. Half of them didn't have any Ads assigned to them and ROAS is 0%. I've got my own Ads running and PPC Campaigns which are outperforming theirs. Waste of money, waste of time and disappointed with service/support.

Do yourself a solid and don't download this app. Gave it several chances, and now my ad words are all screwed up. Managed to spend all my ad dollars in 3 days with absolutely $0 ROI. Call a google ad word rep - they are much easier to communicate with and work with google ad words directly.
A very user friendly experience. I feel confident that this product will help improve the quality of my ads on Google. I appreciate the opportunity to be able to work with a program that makes my ads "smarter."

Useless app.Was used 12 days without any result!Even if uninstall the app they still charged you 49$ every month to rest of your life!
Wow... I did not approve the initial $24 payment, but it went ahead and tried to charge me...good thing there was not enough in that account...beware!!
