Very disappointing refund policy and customer service

We purchased an annual subscription, but after only three months, we migrated our business to a new Shopify store. The original store will no longer be used, so we no longer need the app.

We asked a refund for the remaining nine unused months. After waiting an entire week for a response, our request was rejected.

Refusing to refund the remaining nine unused months is completely unreasonable and shows no consideration for customers’ actual circumstances. After this experience, I regret choosing your service in the first place.

Zapiet helps our bakery coordinate preorder pickups through our online store. Their support team is always helpful, and recently their agent Sri helped us with some serious setting updates after we upgraded to Shopify Tax. Really glad to have their support!

Absolutely fantastic, this app does exactly what i need and is super clean, non clunky and gives my users a way better experience at checkout. As far as i can tell, there is no workaround to bypass the date picker like some apps have which is also great. Solves a lot of my problems and although i had a slight issue setting it up, the team were awesome and helped solve my issue incredibly fast.

The initial process was frustrating, I take some blame due to my lack of sleep. The Zapiet team reached out, set up a zoom meeting and Stefane walked me through everything! Great support. I look forward to being able to offer delivery to all my customers through Zapiet!

Ho avuto un problema complesso di conflitto di codice (JavaScript) causato da un'altra app che bloccava le validazioni del carrello. Il loro team di supporto non solo è stato fulmineo nel rispondere, ma ha analizzato a fondo il codice, isolato il file incriminato e risolto il problema con una precisione chirurgica. Aggiornamento: grazie a un nuovo studio da parte di Betty ho trovato la funzionalità di cui avevo bisogno direttamente nell loro app, cosi facendo ho economizzato e escluso qualsiasi conflitto. E' proprio vero il detto (in italia), chi meno spende più spende.

We needed help troubleshooting several complex issues with Zapiet's integration with our existing product line up and fulfillment operations and Zapiet's support team provided exceptional support.

I want to call out Stephane specifically who went above and beyond, helping us resolve our problems no matter the complexity. He was patient in understanding what exactly we needed and exceptional with finding the exact solutions that would work for our set up. Cannot commend him enough. He was experienced, calm, friendly and helpful throughout the entire interaction. One of the best customer support experiences I've had.

It took a handful of attempts to troubleshoot but after a week or so Zapiet was able to help solve some custom coding issues. A few agents were definitely more experienced and eager to help than others but nonetheless, we are thankful for the support.
