This app is awesome! Using this in combination with the Rates by Distance app has finally allowed us to offer local delivery to our customers fairly.
After spending hours going around in circles trying to make certain parts work, I finally reached out to support, and they were so incredibly helpful, even fixing some issues I hadn't realized were there!

The support team has been incredible in helping resolve some issue that came up with the app and my Shopify setup. Between Betty & Pavlo, they were both so amazing at helping me figure out the conflicts I had with my store and now it works seamlessly. Zapiet has been integral to our businesses specific needs in regards to pick-ups and deliveries. It works so easily with Shopify, it is intuitive to use and if you have issues you can't resolve yourself, the support team are always great and the issue is fixed. We love it!

Great support, Sri made a custom plan with a feature that was missing, although i don't know how i feel about functions of a paused plan changing.
