Zapiet ‑ Pickup + Delivery

Best support ever! This app really helped us with our 40 pick up points. Needs for every eshop are different. This amazing team heard our feedback and helped us on every change that we needed. For us a great support team is worth more than an app. Here we have both. And even under the current circumstances everyone in this team was here for us, fixing every problem. Thank you guys!

Initially had many issues integrating the app as I was using a custom theme, but the Support Team was extremely helpful and patient in addressing all my queries. A great app and a superb support team :)

I use this app to allow for food delivery. It didn't work perfectly as we wanted when we installed the app but every time we have asked for help the Zapiet team was quickly able to help us. It's working as we want now and the team knows what they are doing!

I used this app to do local deliveries within a certain distance. The support in set up and with any issues has been excellent.

Installed the app today with very minimal fuss - experienced a minor css issue due to our theme but Sam from the zapiet support team fixed it up for us in no time.
The app itself looks fantastic, blends in with the theme perfectly and is so easy to use - and I can't speak highly enough of the after support (thanks again Sam!)

Upon install seemed like it would work great and do what I needed. I am transitioning my business online and can only deliver within a certain radius. I installed and set everything up and when I put a zipcode in the homepage validator it pops up fine per my requirements however, once I get to checkout if I change the address I can still make the purchase even though it is outside the delivery range. Reached out to support and they requested access to my account and I have yet to hear back from them after asking for an update three times. Seemed promising but support is not helpful at all, seems they try to make contact to make it seem like they are resolving your issue only to leave you high and dry.

Still learning some of the features but so far it helps sort and coordinate orders and deliveries much better than Shopify. Hopefully in the future they will add a date-style that includes the name of the associated weekday, as shown with the order itself, but not on the packing slips or csvs. Jessica was super helpful and patient in working out a lot of the kinks, which is great, because I'll probably be talking to her again as we learn how best to optimize the app.

We use this app to schedule our orders and deliveries. The support team is amazing and helped us set up everything we needed to make the user experience through the checkout a smooth as possible.
