Simple and elegant solution for all your pickup, shipping, and local delivery needs. Fits my bakery's use case very well because of how adaptable Zapiet's application is. The customer service experience is also absolutely top notch -- I was able to quickly schedule a time to talk with an advisor (Stephane) who was able to fully answer all my questions regarding set up as well as send more resources related to how Zapiet might integrate with Shopify and other applications that I may need. Used this app make an firewood store where customers can pickup from our various lumber sortyards. Pleasantly unexpected depth of settings, lots more features than I realized and exactly what we needed to get all our employees and contractors at the different locations up and running quickly--like notifiation emails to specific people based on which locations were ordered from. They really thought this through. And excellent support. I had one compatibility issue with another app and even though it wasn't Zapeit's fault, they got involved in the email thread and helped fix everything. Thank you!

Great app with even better service! Did all of the functionality I could imagine. It is a little pricey but the extra orders I will get from it will more than pay for the cost.

I'm a big fan of Zapiet. I offer local delivery, pickup, and shipping. I have very specific requirements (orders for future dates, cannot provide address until upon order confirmation, etc.). With Zapiet, I'm fortunately able to accomodate all of my unique requirements. I'm not great at tech and have had difficulty setting up my first ecommerce store. Every time I had an issue, Zapiet was able to respond to my questions quickly and clearly. They save me so much time and trouble! Thank you for the stellar customer service, Zapiet! Not only amazing App but amazing customer service! I needed an app like this for my store and couldn't have been happier with the outcome.
