WE use this app, as we have some pretty unique pickup/delivery requirements and it fit the bill. has had a few issues over the past year, however their support has been FANTASTIC - Kudos to all of you, especially Sandy Jolin, who has gone above and beyond to fix issues, and identify settings that should be reviewed to help improve our overall experience! Great job Zapiet!

I got a really nice support from Zapiet and Sebastian! He help me set-up an advanced local delivery set-up, to do deliveries in different zones on different days!

During the current crisis we had to make a rapid transition from full restaurant to home delivery / collection. This app offered exactly what we were looking for. Most importantly, the support provided by the team has been some of the very best support I have had. Well done

Several issues that I can't seem to get any support for. Days between replies or sometimes no response.

App continues to degrade. Someone at shopify needs to step in. They have to fix the issues or be removed. Countless hours of time wasted dealing with them and errors in orders they create.

Third request for support as the app keeps going down. It takes days if not weeks for a response just to be told "we don't see the issue."

Last chance to save me as a customer before I delete your poorly supported app.

I'm really sorry to hear of the experience you faced trying to get support from my team. Since the start of COVID-19 crisis we have been hit hard on the support front. Only a couple of weeks ago we was a super small team of six people, with an average response time of 2-3 hours.

Since then everything has changed.

We are now a team of 20 and are still actively recuriting. With the aim of getting our response times back down to the best in the business.

L'application fonctionne très bien, j'ai eu quelques soucis à l'installation et le service technique m'a procuré une aide très rapidement et a réglé tout mes problèmes!

When this app goes down or has issues, sales cannot go through. it happened once in the past, and now a second time today with a server issue. If it happens once, i can understand but a second time with the same problem is not reasonable for something that stops sales if it doesn't work.

We informed you at the time that your ability to make sales was not affected and we reprocessed any orders that were impacted. We take any amount of downtime very seriously and are constantly improving our systems to ensure this doesn’t happen again.

Thanks so much for your feedback, we really appreciate it.

We are actively working to be able to offer realtime support 24 hours a day. Our average response time is currently less than 3 hours with a total resolution time less of than 5, seven days a week.

We also have an emergency telephone number you can call anytime of day should you have a pressing issue :)

There are limitations to the app such as not being able to isolate a collection for specific delivery dates only. There's workarounds but they are pretty buggy. BUT, there is a lot of good about this app. Plus, the support team is super helpful and very accessible. The awesome support bumped my rating!

The app is not only insanely good, work-efficient, economical and absolutely perfect, but a certain thing is simply incredible at Store PickUP + Delivery. The support. No matter what kind of question you have. You will be helped. Nobody just leaves you standing. The supporters are trying hard to help you. I had a supporter with whom I talked quite often because I couldn't cope with the app and all the settings at first. Clemency is her name. I have never seen such a supporter in my life. For some, this sounds exaggerated now, but it has helped me so much. I was able to create such a much better shop through her. Thanks again to Clemency and the whole team. This app is fantastic.
