I am so happy to have found this app. My store sells fresh, locally-grown flowers to local designers, so shipping isn't an option. This app allows me to sell my products using only local delivery and store pickup really easily. The best part of it is the set up support. I wouldn't have been able to figure out all of the app's features on my own, but Steph took a live call with me for 2 hours to get me totally up and running. INCREDIBLE customer service.

Ronan was a master troubleshooter and provided detailed instructions on how to piece our problems together. Thank you!

To be honest, I was a bit frustrated because I had already lost some time trying to get in touch with support. I would send a message, and by the time they responded, I would no longer be in the office, and this went on for a day (which, those of us in e-commerce, know is a lot of time).

And then Betty appeared!
She was really attentive, helped me very quickly, and I also noticed that they have much more documentation than before. She sent me very well-explained tutorials, and I would make the updates right at that moment.

I've been using the app for several years with another website, and I hadn't needed to seek support in years. But now, with this new website, I had to contact them, and I was very satisfied.

I am a new user of Zapiet and less than 24 hours in, I am THRILLED. Beyond the fact that it provides me (a small business owner) with capabilities that Shopify does not, I needed help and Jessica (customer support) got online with me and took over - fixed what I was doing wrong (my lack of understanding, not an issue with the app), but she also taught me what went wrong so I can be self-sufficient. This app is fantastic! I was building a website for a client, and the Zapiet support team has been nothing short of amazing - we ran into a few small bumps, which the team remedied quickly. They explained the solutions in ways I could easily understand, and both Zapiet apps I'm using run perfectly with the site.
