This is our first year using OnFleet w/ Zapiet integration for our NYC Christmas Tree Delivery service - total game changer! The teams have been very helpful customizing the platforms to work together in a way that meets our needs. Highly recommend!

I'm getting to l used to all the functionality of the app but the best part of it is the amazing customer support. Jayne is amazing and gets the job done.

AMAZING APP AND AMAZING SUPPORT! The app is amazing and does exactly what it says it does. Location pickup is a great benefit option. The customer support team is like no other and has been super quick with their responses. Thank you Sam and the rest of your team for assisting in getting our store up and running with various location pickups.

We've had some issues with the app integrating with our template but I it is the best one i've used thus far for pickup and delivery. I'd give 5 STARS to customer service (particularly Stephanie) who respond quickly and do their best to help even when issues haven't been 100% the apps fault.

Unfortunally this app is very unstable. Three times in 3 weeks their app has been down, which made it impossible for customer to buy anything on our webpage... There is also no 24h Support, so when the app is down, you can just wait and hope. Sorry, you lost me as customer

Hi Lani,

It's Andy here the Founder of Zapiet. I just wanted to express my sincerest apologies for the issues you have faced recently whilst using the app. Our infrastructure has certainly been hit hard recently with the surge in demand of deliveries and pickups.

After some thorough investigation we have discovered that each of the three downtime periods you mentioned were caused by a single stores sheer volume of traffic. The merchant is a national supermarket chain with ties to Masterchef. When Masterchef airs each week, people start ordering on mass. That's why the downtime has been consistantly the same day and time of the week. We have now migrated this particular merchant to their own server so not to effect other users of the app.

Behind the scenes we have also rapidly been rewriting all key parts of the app to improve stability as well as performance. Tomorrow I will be sending an email to all existing merchants detailing the exact steps we have taken to mitigate these issues going forward.

Does everything we need and loads more. All we needed was a simple choice for the customer to collect from one location but be shown Delivery as the default option with Collect as an option.

Awesome support from Andy, even to the extent of investigating and fixing something in our cart that wasn't directly related to this app!

Great app and GREAT support! I had some trouble setting up the deliveries with ZIP Code limits and custom rates but their support team was able to handle this and just went the extra mile. I would definitely recommend this app and the support they provide!

In-Store Pick Up is exactly what I needed on my site to invite more purchases from local customers. I am new to site building and found the app easy to install and use. Andy is also extremely nice and was there to answer all my questions. Highly recommended!
