This is the ideal app : easy to integrate and perfect for specific delivery needs such as limiting delivery districts and slots of time, that could be very interesting for foodtech websites.
In addition, the sales support was more than efficient, always available with useful explanations.
Furthermore, there are a lot of new features to be published since they work very hard in improving the app taking into account customers needs !

WOW! Absolutely exceptional customer service. Fast, friendly and very professional.

The help I got from the staff with the integration was faultless, they could not have been anymore professional and knowledgeable. This app does all it says and more.

I highly recommend this app, I could not operate without it.

Several issues that I can't seem to get any support for. Days between replies or sometimes no response.

App continues to degrade. Someone at shopify needs to step in. They have to fix the issues or be removed. Countless hours of time wasted dealing with them and errors in orders they create.

Third request for support as the app keeps going down. It takes days if not weeks for a response just to be told "we don't see the issue."

Last chance to save me as a customer before I delete your poorly supported app.

I'm really sorry to hear of the experience you faced trying to get support from my team. Since the start of COVID-19 crisis we have been hit hard on the support front. Only a couple of weeks ago we was a super small team of six people, with an average response time of 2-3 hours.

Since then everything has changed.

We are now a team of 20 and are still actively recuriting. With the aim of getting our response times back down to the best in the business.

Having a brick and mortar store, we needed to have store pick up and a shipping option available to our customers and the app allowed us to do just that in a simple effective way. The support was fantastic, very professional and timely. We ran into some trouble with the installation and Zapiets' support team tweaked the code to better match our theme. I would definitely recommend it.

WE use this app, as we have some pretty unique pickup/delivery requirements and it fit the bill. has had a few issues over the past year, however their support has been FANTASTIC - Kudos to all of you, especially Sandy Jolin, who has gone above and beyond to fix issues, and identify settings that should be reviewed to help improve our overall experience! Great job Zapiet!

Great app! It's very flexible. I was able to customize for an unusual use case that has used to require complex and awkward workaround solutions. It's saved me a ton of time and significantly simplified the experience for my customers.

The support has been above and beyond - helpful, friendly, and responsive - even over the holidays.

Very highly recommended!

We were experiencing a large number of customers selecting Store Pickup from our delivery options because it was a Free method. However, they actually required a paid delivery, and therefore our first communication with them was to ask for money! Not good. This app solved our problems perfectly, and with great support. Highly Recommended.
