I was assisted with some major issues to my store by "Krystabel Djajalie", who was incredibly detailed in her responses and very patient with my multiple requests. My store had a critical checkout issue and she fixed it overnight not just for this store but for my other 2 stores as well in a very timely manner. Jessica with Zapiet is one of the best support agents/experiences I've ever had. We have a lot of apps that we use with Shopify and every time I need help I email and immediately get a response and she even makes updates for me which is super helpful when we're moving quickly and time is limited. The solution is super flexible and has worked perfectly for our complex shipping and delivery needs. I HIGHLY recommend using this app.

This app and the tech support are life savers for any business with delivery dates! Love love love. We used to be with a different app for 5 years but were not happy with a few things, switched to Zapiet and fell in love.
