When I submitted my support request, I assumed I'd be waiting until the next day for a response and who knows how long for a solution, but Jessica responded within 30 minutes or so and fixed the issue (among others that I hadn't caught) almost immediately. The app has been a huge benefit to our store and team, in combination with Delivery Rates By Zip Code app. We unfortunately have an overly complicated local delivery system that we where able to place place in all the rules with the assistance of the Zapiet support team, since some aspects involved additional code and work arounds.
Super useful in getting our site set up efficiently. Great features. Sam has been super helpful in assisting with setup and explains so in depth that you understand. Great experience. Thank you.

I have used this app for 1 year now. It's the best app for this solution and I have always found the customer service to be very good and helpful
I was having a little problem and I contacted the customer support. They worked with me until the problem was solved. Jayne was super efficient and very very helpful and she kept checking on me to see if the problem was really solved for good! Thank you!
This is the best app if you're looking for an app with store pickup, delivery, and shipping at the same time. For me, the best part of this app is that I get to choose which date I could block and unblock every store location. i also can add special holiday hours. Also, I could block the specific product to the specific location, delivery date, or shipping date. IT'S THE BEST APP!!!!!! AND, AND, AND I LOOOOVE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE! They really help in all your needs I mean ALL!!! Sometimes I needed help that is not even covered on their app but still helping us. This app is worth every penny! Makes your business run easily! Thank you again.

This app is great. We use it across 5 different stores. Customer service is unbelievable - they're always available on chat and field questions and help to sort things out very quickly.
