Too many Bugs.
Most recently, the delivery date that the customer placed an order for was incorrect in the system, causing us to miss orders, and their response was "we are working on it, there is no ETA".
It was quite smooth earlier, but have been facing too many issues recently.

We want to clarify that the issue you’re experiencing is due to a Shopify bug outside of our control. If it were on our end, we would have resolved it promptly. Unfortunately, Shopify has been taking longer than expected to address the problem, and there’s no clear timeline for a fix.
That said, we are actively working on developing workarounds to mitigate the impact of this issue. We’re committed to providing you with a reliable solution as soon as possible. This app and the tech support are life savers for any business with delivery dates! Love love love. We used to be with a different app for 5 years but were not happy with a few things, switched to Zapiet and fell in love. So much in terms of functional things and possibilities - this app literally runs our business and open doors to the new sales opportunities.

Best apps for the schedule calendar and deliveries. It has many options and not many limitations. The support staff is also super friendly and responds quick.
