Jayne was thoroughly awesome, She helped me understand what was happening, and what had to be done. She got it done by the Zapiet Team Right away, there and then. We are now back in operation after a Shopify update knocked us out of action.
Can't recommend them enough, a great app and killer support.

Support is helpful and speedy with great customer service. This is a great app if you need pre-ordering function.
Just a note that has nothing to do with the service and app: I do wish the price was a bit lower as I am a small business.

I wanted to add a special product to our store with restricted dates and collection only. Jessica on the live chat function was AMAZING !!
