I have used other apps for delivery before having the need to offer store pickup, local delivery, and shipping. This is the best app you can have, it works as described. It offers many options for customization and it is easy to set up. Customer support is stellar. I needed some tweaks to be done and Sandy, Ismail, Sam and Andy, are all great to work with and will go the extra mile to help you out. Thank you!! Highly recommended!

We were looking for something more robust than the Shopify standard shipping features to be able to provide customer pickup, local delivery, and shipping that is easy to manage as well as efficiently communicate these options with the customers. Fortunately, we found the Zapiet Store Pickup + Delivery app that provides the exact features we were looking for. The support staff, specifically Sam, always responded very quickly through both chat and emails. Sam also worked directly with us to make a few revisions in the app features relative to our needs. I'm opening my second store and chose to use Store Pickup + Delivery again because it helps relieve my local pick-up and delivery headaches. Their app is simple to use, clean UI/UX, and most importantly their staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I don't know to code and needed some a custom solution - their staff was patient and knowledgeable in understanding and guiding me throughout the process. Wonderful app and team!
