This is really working well for our store (https://www.autoskinz.com) as some products we carry can't be sold online. This allows us to offer and pay for those items online but finish the transaction in person. Great app!

this is the best app , the support is very fast very helpful , imagine the developer writes you a code , a customized code for your purpose , Andrew and Andy are just so Friendly very smart and amazing guys.

Zapiet has been so vital to our store operations! Our bakery has been able to operate and grow by solely operating online during this pandemic. The app also provides the best support, they have never made me feel that any question was ever to small or too big. Thanks guys!!

I loved working through chat with Klaudia. At first I was fearful it wouldn't be as useful and easy/friendly as having someone on a call but to my absolute surprise it was amazing! She managed to resolve all my issues in no time and saved the day. Give her a 5 star rating.

I have been using this plug-in for two weeks. It started off buggy and then it just got worse... a lot worse. Now, I cannot process any orders without manually inputting them to navigate my customers passed a forced shipping charge. I reached out to Zapiet customer service and also had Shopify reach out to them, which they did. Zapiet's customer service experience is HORRENDOUS. They have responded to me once over a course of two weeks and the response was generic - absolutely no help to my actual issue. Do NOT waste your time. It's a trap.

Thanks so much for your feedback! I'm truly sorry for the poor experience you had back in May.

As i'm sure you can imagine demand for our app skyrocketed exponentially this year. We certainly struggled to keep up both technically and on the support front as we just wasn't prepared.

We have since grown our team and have implemented a huge number of process and technical improvements. As you will see from our recent reviews we have successfully scaled and are back on top form.

Excellent support! Fast response and customer care support. You can't imagine that this support service happen in Shopify App, even hard to find in Software Engineering Industry.

Cannot rate this app and support highly enough. Any issues I've come across have been resolved quickly and the recent updates such as limits applied to pickups as well as local delivery really help us serve our customers well.
