Great app at the first look, but terrible customer service, overpricing and glitching. A lot of problems. SUPPORT is super bad. You will wait for several days every time the app will not work properly. ANd you can properly delete it without hiring some programmer. BE CAREFULL!

Removing our app from your theme is super easy! In-fact only a single line needs to be removed from your theme.liquid file.

Perfect app for something we needed to make our online store function as we need it to. After install there we needed a minor adjustment, but the support team is really lovely, responded very quickly and fixed it right up!
I operate a local bakery that will not be shipping products. We are becoming the first bakery in our market to do an extensive delivery program. This app has easily allowed me to modify the Shopify platform to meet me specific needs. The features of the app allows me to choose what products are in-store pick-up only versus in-store and delivery, determine various ways to restrict delivery, while allowing the customer to pick dates and time slots for pick-up or delivery. This is a game changer app for our industry.

The App has helped us launch Curbside & Delivery services on the fly during the pandemic. We started using the app in April 2020. We've run into lots of issues with it, particularly for customers at checkout, and it has taken a lot of work to repair. Since Zapiet doubled their support staff in May, they have been very responsive to our issues and have helped us resolve nearly all issues. Staff are always friendly and eager to help via email. We are hopeful things are close to running much more smoothly to make these services more manageable for us. Thanks Zapiet team.
I couldn’t recommend this app or the people who work on it enough. I had an issue trying to set up all products for local pickup. I spoke with Stephane who talked me through it step by step and within less than 10 minutes I knew how to do it!! I purchased this app to be one of the foundation elements of my online business, with zip code verification and local delivery as my main focus of use. Unfortunately I will likely have to figure something else out as their customer support is awful/unresponsive and the app does not seem to work with my (paid) theme, even though they have a widget for it.
Initially the CS was slow but eventually responsive with a smaller issue, though I had to answer questions in order to get moved on to a "specialist" that could help me. I was supposedly moved on to this "specialist" 5 days ago and have heard nothing back. 3 days ago I saw that despite the app having a specific widget for my theme, it is causing my ENTIRE CHECKOUT to stop working. Even after I removed the app, I STILL had to go in and delete code. Then when I re-installed it (and was re-charged $ for it, which also needs to get handled now) none of the installation happened, and it all had to be done manually. Throughout this entire process I have heard nothing from support. I called the phone number in the support email and all it says is that Zapiet is "closed."
This is incredibly sketchy and understaffed at best, and is a complete rip off at worst. I'm disappointed in Shopify as well, as this was one of their recommended apps.
Don't waste your time and money.

Thanks so much for your feedback! I'm truly sorry for the poor experience you had back in April.
As i'm sure you can imagine demand for our app skyrocketed exponentially this year. We certainly struggled to keep up on the support front as we just did not have enough man hours available to keep up.
We have since grown our support team and have implemented a huge number of process and technical improvements. As you will see from our recent reviews we have successfully scaled and are back on top form.

Great App and once fully implemented on my site I should be able to stop using some other complicated shipping apps/processes. Had some minor install issues due to my site customisations but the team provided me with excellent support that allowed me to solve my challenges. Ironically, 3-4 hours after installing and going live we had our first store pick up/click and collect customer seamlessly place an order ;-) Highly recommended.
Took a while to get it up and running but Jessica is the bomb. She made it happen for us.. You can customize it pretty slick. And for that reason, we love it.
