We are planning to use this app soon, and their customer service has been outstanding. This is the only app we've found that offers all the functionality we need for BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store). Highly recommend!

I really needed this app to work. I thought it was working for months, but recently learned it wasn't. I spent hours trying to get it to format correctly but nothing would work. Reached out to support. It took a long time for them to respond and in the end they suggested that I turn off the Shopify Delivery & Pickup options, but that still didn't work.

Potential buyers should approach Zapiet with caution due to significant issues with customer service responsiveness. While the platform offers robust features for managing local deliveries and pickups, frequent problems require human intervention that is often difficult to access. I often have to wait hours to get issues resolved during which my customers are unable to complete purchases, resulting in lost sales. Unless Zapiet improves its support infrastructure to provide more reliable and timely assistance, businesses reliant on seamless online transactions may find the risk of downtime unacceptable.

Set up was intuitative and the small issue I had was fixed very quickly by Klaudia on the support team.
