The app allows you to be able to customize how you want to engage with your customers through store pick up and delivery options. While it took some getting used to the app set up at first, the customer service was 5 star and they were available and easy to work with. They went above and beyond to fix the problem. Highly recommend.

The Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery app is essential to my store, and I continue to be happy with the functionality and customer service. The team is responsive and incredibly helpful - I recently dealt with both Gabriel and Betty, and they were quick to escalate and resolve my integration issue.
