*Updated as issues have been resolved* We've been using Zapiet since day 1 and it as great when we first began using it, but there has been too many issues recently. Tags are not generated properly, causing confusion between store pick up and delivery orders. This ultimately affects our delivery service's system as well. This has been an on-going issue for over 4 months now and has yet to be resolved. When asked, Zapiet attributes the cause to Shopify and vice versa. Now we are having issues with specific product preparation times--all of the prep times got removed for 30 of our products x 4 location, and when we try to update/add the prep times, they disappear. Customer support used to be quick, but recently, we've been getting responses only once per day. For the monthly price we are paying currently, it does not really justify the service received. Would revise rating if these issues are actually resolved.

Andy here the Founder and CEO of Zapiet. I come baring good news!

Shopify deployed an update on the 14th October which resolves the issues you have been facing regarding the attribute issues. The fix has now been live for a couple of weeks and proving to work wonders!

I'm truly sorry it took so long to get this issue resolved. Unfortunately in this case the timing of the solution was totally out of our control.

You can now continue to use the app flawlessly :)

Please know that this situation is an exception: As you can see on other reviews, we’re known for our great service and for taking ownership and caring deeply about our merchants. The issue with the tags and details caught us off guard as it is a result of Shopify’s latest checkout updates. Unfortunately, without Shopify’s help, we have our hands tied but we’ll continue working with them to get a fix as soon as possible. We’ll be sure to share your feedback with their team.

The issue with the preparation time essentially stemmed from a problem that only occurred in production rather than our testing phase, something however minor, we always do run the risk of happening when deploying updates to the app.

We also faced a headwind with some sickness in the support team as well as some few people travelling back from our first ever meet-up resulting in our response times being longer than usual.

There's been a few ups and downs with the plugin, but overall it's giving my high traffic store the functionality to offer more ways of selling and fulfilling. There's been a few bumps, but the support team has been there to help. Overall, I'd recommend trying it.

It's great. Adds a functionality that is oddly missing out of the box with Shopify. But Zapiet knocks it out of the park with lots of features and functions. It might be a tad complicated to set up, but the support team is always there to help.

Highly recommend this app. As a florist, this app makes it so easy to manage local pickup and delivery and the support has been so prompt and helpful--truly above and beyond.

I was apply this app on my staging site. As test for few days, the inventory fulfillment function is uncertain at this moment. Thus, linking from Zapiet location with Shopify location still having error where the result keep revert after save and refresh.

Cette app est très bien, il y a plusieurs option et très facile à configuré.
Parcontre, depuis plusieurs mise à jour de leur part. Certaine chose que je pouvais faire avant n'est plus possible et le support ma informé qu'il fallait ajouté un autre de leur app pour que tout cela fonctionne.
Ce qui est a mon humble avis inacceptable. Eng:
This app is great, there are several options and very easy to configure.
Parcontre, since several updates from them. Some chose what I could do before is no longer possible and support informed me that I had to add another of their application for it to work.
Which is in my humble opinion unacceptable.

This app was a life-saver when the pandemic first hit. It is fairly easy to set up and it works with Bespoke Shipping. What has started to become frustrating is the dashboard and support. Over time, more and more old orders have started to hog the front page of the dashboard where it used to have the newest orders first. I messaged support and they said there is nothing they can do about it. Another issue is that every user essentially has admin credentials. Given that this is meant to serve businesses with multiple locations, that should be a higher priority to ensure staff doesn't mess with settings.

Hey guys,

We're terribly sorry to know that you had a bad experience with the order view in the app.

Instead of copying Shopify's Orders view, we wanted to offer an added value and use our orders tab to filter and search for orders that have a date applied by our widget. However, we can absolutely see that for a business like yours, providing the ability to search and find orders without dates on our dashboard is equally important. Our development team is already exploring the use of the order created date for those orders.

As for the staff accessing all the settings of the app, Shopify's staff account permissions are limited to the main tabs in the admin panel of Shopify and do not cover the inside tabs of the app. By giving access to the Apps section to your staff they will be able to access all the settings of any app, not just ours.
