This app is fantastic and the support is equally as fantastic! Support really helped with the big as well as small issues we had, and it looks great and very professional when customers use it to checkout.

It is easily the best store pickup app available. Thank you guys for all of your help!

I needed to separate out products that could ship from products that were only for store pickup. This app works perfectly for that. And Robert was a big help with a few tweaks I wanted. I highly recommend Store Pickup + Delivery.

Zapiet is a great app. Their developers are incredible in every way -- Sebastian especially. I was in a crunch and he helped me so much and was so kind and patient. It meant the world. Definitely recommend.

The app works as promise. But what is a no brainer is the fast and effective customer service. I am very pleased with how I was treated and how quickly the resolved the problems I presented. Totally recommend it to everyone who wants to add a pick-up option to their store :D

It really help my online store noticed this season. App support team responded quickly on my queries. Although I need to reinstall due to the seasonality of my store. Looking forward to use this again next season.

Andy has provided the best customer service experience with any Shopify App provider that I've contacted to date. His quick response time, "can do" attitude and knowledge are top-notch. If you need advice or help, ask Andy and he'll get you and up and running.

The install process takes a little while to make it exactly what you need it to be for your own specific use, but if you follow instructions, it is straightforward. The app works well and is the best I found if you offer delivery. When faced with an issue, I contacted support and was helped within 24 hrs and the issue was solved. I am happy with the app and the support.

Awesome app that satisfies almost all my needs! They are frequently updating the app, so I hope they can broaden the features even more in the future. One downside is that the FAQ site does not cover much, but the people at Zapiet are very fast to respond when I need help!

Customer service is fantastic, beyond all expectations. Instantaneous comprehensive support.
Also, the functionality is top-notch, back-end UI is clean and beautiful.

I was stressing out as it was Saturday night 7pm and we had just popped out a newsletter! Flora assisted with quickly fixing some urgent issues with products not showing I had via the chat feature!
