A difficult company to work with and not very accommodating when it comes to issues with the app not being used.

Thank you for taking your time to leave a review on the app store. Our refund policy regarding app charges aligns with that of Shopify, that being that app charges are non refundable. However, we understand that each situation is different and we are always willing to go the extra mile to support our merchants. Unfortunately in this case you had the app installed many months past your use date that seen us unable to issue a refund or a credit. I understand that you are a seasonal store and I have reached out to you personally to understand if there is anything more we can do to support you.

If I could give this app 300 stars I would! We have had issues with our calendar/date picker app since it was installed a few years ago. Pickup orders account for a high percentage of our orders - and it was challenging to capture the information accurately - resulting in lost sales. Enter Andrew with this amazing app! Not only does the app far exceed our expectations, the high level of customer service Andrew provides is second to none. I highly recommend this app!

Hello I had some issues with the support for the delay in solving an issue with there app , but finally, they were in contact with me again and solved the problem .actually it is a good app and you have to make sure that you understand all the features well since with support sometimes it might take longer than usual to get an answer but overall I recommend this app

The app is great and the customer support is absolutely amazing. We were using another Local Delivery app that now seems so rudimentary after using Zapiet Store Pickup + Delivery. Ismail is fantastic. Incredibly knowledgable, fast to respond, very helpful, and super easy to work with. Plus, the Knowledgebase provided is awesome and easy to use.

I am a new user of Zapiet and less than 24 hours in, I am THRILLED. Beyond the fact that it provides me (a small business owner) with capabilities that Shopify does not, I needed help and Jessica (customer support) got online with me and took over - fixed what I was doing wrong (my lack of understanding, not an issue with the app), but she also taught me what went wrong so I can be self-sufficient. I am so pleased and this app is going to make a real difference to my business in 2023. Thank you!

This app works great. We have several items that are available for store pickup only and some items that are available online only. This app allows us to quickly and easily customize which items are available for each service. We changed themes and this app was no longer working, opened a ticket with Zapiet and they quickly found the issue and got it resolved for us. Was a theme issue and not an app issue.

Highly recommend - plus great customer service. Thanks guys!

We were looking for something more robust than the Shopify standard shipping features to be able to provide customer pickup, local delivery, and shipping that is easy to manage as well as efficiently communicate these options with the customers. Fortunately, we found the Zapiet Store Pickup + Delivery app that provides the exact features we were looking for. The support staff, specifically Sam, always responded very quickly through both chat and emails. Sam also worked directly with us to make a few revisions in the app features relative to our needs. Excellent support and follow-up communication during the complete process. Highly recommend!

This is our second site we have installed this app and it's working without any issue. Great app and amazing support. We wanted some customisation and Andy and his team made it work like a charm! Thank you guys! Keep up the good work.
