Luke from customer service was amazing, helped me within 2 min, I was panicking because I could not see my cart and in a matter of 10min it was up and running again, the app is easy to use and I am very pleased with the service. We have a brick & mortar and online store. I recently added this app due to having to close our store to foot traffic. I struggled getting the settings correct. I reached out to the developer and they responded within a reasonable amount of time, especially considering the Covid 19 situation the world is dealing with. The communication and follow up was greatly appreciated. They were able to remedy the problem I was having quickly. The app is working well and we are getting positive feedback from our customers.

This app is right next to perfect!No words to describe the functionality, customer support and how friendly they are! The app works incredibly perfect, no issues or errors, excellent performance on all desktop,tablet and mobile versions plus the founder of the app dedicated his precious time to help me with some really demanding stuff I had!

I was having huge issues with customers choosing the wrong shipping type, choosing store pick up when they live out of state. choosing delivery when they live outside the delivery zone etc. The post code checker for deliveries means I can set a maximum distance for driving. I can choose the default shipping type, customise rates, customise notifications etc. I had a few issues getting it started due to needing some code changed in my shopify theme but Sandy fixed it in the time between I went to bed and when I woke up. Great service, great app, highly recommend!
