Having used multiple apps on Shopify I can honestly say this has been our favourite app to date due to the incredible customer service and ease of integration.

The app integrated seamlessly within our store theme and looks very smart on our checkout page. It has every feature we have needed to use and is very versatile.

Sam and the team are an absolute pleasure to work with and I cannot speak highly enough of their services - the customer support is world class. Any questions or queries we had were replied to within minutes and we were up and running very quickly. They were more than happy to help out with anything we were unsure of and took the time to explain anything we queried with a step by step walk through, enabling us to learn the ins and outs of the apps features for future use.

Would highly recommend this app.

I understand that due to the current climate, support staff is overwhelmed. We have had nothing but issues since we installed the app and very little service to help fix the issues. We recently designed a new theme for our store and the integration with Zapiet was unsuccessful. These apps must offer phone support to resolve issues! An email exchange is far from helpful.

Thanks so much for your feedback! I'm truly sorry for the poor experience you had back in May.

As i'm sure you can imagine demand for our app skyrocketed exponentially this year. We certainly struggled to keep up both technically and on the support front as we just wasn't prepared.

We have since grown our team and have implemented a huge number of process and technical improvements. As you will see from our recent reviews we have successfully scaled and are back on top form.

Works great. I only have one pickup location, so maybe that makes it easier to use? No issues that I can see.

This is a great product that is easy to use, even for those without coding experience. Andy went above and beyond to ensure it was installed on our site properly, even with the added needs of our slide out cart. Fantastic experience!

I am getting ready to launch my Shopify store and have been working with Sam to set up the app to work with all the quirks of my business. He has been incredible! Quick to respond, addresses all of my questions, and works really hard to get the app to do what I need it to do. The level of customer service is extraordinary -- and very much appreciated! I am super excited about this app. I think it will be perfect for my business!

From other similiar apps we were having bugs with, Zapiet saved our store and were really easy to get ahold of the english speaking customer agents who helped so fast and you can reenter the chat whenever if another question arrises. I am located in Colorado so I wasnt sure that this UK app would be the best choice. So far, its exactly what we wanted after torubleshooting so many other ones

The after sales support from the staff at Zapiet was first class. They were so quick and helpful, and fixed my issues in no time at all. This app has transformed our online presence, and allowed us to introduce home delivery to our customers in a timely and efficient manner. Cheers team!

I'm so disappointed.
Their service level is so poor.
it takes them 3-4 days to answer questions, they are very unavailable.
Too bad .. because they have good features.
