Great App and once fully implemented on my site I should be able to stop using some other complicated shipping apps/processes. Had some minor install issues due to my site customisations but the team provided me with excellent support that allowed me to solve my challenges. Ironically, 3-4 hours after installing and going live we had our first store pick up/click and collect customer seamlessly place an order ;-) Highly recommended.

This app offers a FREE One Hour Set up Consultation Zoom call with a specialist and it was super helpful for me to have this time. Charlie, who was my specialist was really awesome. She knew what she was talking about, but also was able to clearly communicate so that I could learn how to manage these things myself. As a newbie to Shopify, I was so impressed with this feature offered by Zapiet Store Delivery + Pick Up

Took a while to get it up and running but Jessica is the bomb. She made it happen for us.. You can customize it pretty slick. And for that reason, we love it.

Strongly recommend it to someone who wants to run an online store seriously. 1. Very clear instructions/ user manual provided, Not only general instructions on setting up the app but also a lot of details that will be encountered in use. 2. Their customer support is responsive and able to provide effective solutions 3. This app offers a lot of functionality which is presented by a clear, easy to use module

Awesome people make awesome things. The guys behind this app are super beings! attentive AF when i needed help, even adjusted an issue my theme had with configuration at the beginning! above and beyond really.. It does all that it says and is described to , and so i super recommend if that's all that you need. One of the things that was a pleasant surprise was the app can create a radius for deliveries (saved me from needing to get the easy lockdown app) - but it does not let you set inventory limits. So you won't actually see the app live on my site if you go.. - STILL AWESOME :)

I cannot say enough good things about this APP! The support I have received is outstanding, and the cleaness and functionality of the App itself is second to none!

To be able to offer both instore and delivery will potentially double our sales, well worth the price!

We used to have a calendar app that wasn't connected to Shopify's checkout. So customers had to choose the delivery method twice, at the cart page and at the checkout. This was very confusing and customers would often choose one method at the cart and a different one at checkout.
With Zapiet this doesn't happen, when customers select one delivery method, it carries to the checkout.
The support I received was amazing, everyone was very helpful and I managed to install it without having to pay someone to do it. It's easy to set up and use.

App is great when it works. We have had major issues this weekend with non-existent support to boot. Confirmation emails from the app are no longer sending and the OnFleet integration doesn't seem to actually work. This was our original choice for delivery but I guess we will be looking somewhere else.

We experienced a small issue with our Onfleet integration on Saturday evening which caused order processing to be delayed. Thankfully our team was quick to resolve the issue and our system caught back up to speed rapidly.
