We have been using the app for years and it has helped our store manage pickup and delivery orders immensely. Customer service is top notch. Support is very helpful and helps resolve issues immediately.

This is such a brilliant app and worth every penny. Shopify's native ability does not have the same flexibility at all. The support is like no other I've ever received: super fast and always so friendly. Highly recommended.

Great live chat service by Clemency. In my timezone (Asia). Intelligent support agents who know their app inside out. We've had this app connected for more than 5 years and whenever we need help (which is rare) they are there to help. Just added it on our new store. Shopify you should give this app some kind of special treatment for its excellence service.
