Jessica is a true magician. There was a technical difficulty that I had been struggeling with for months and she fixed it within a hour or so. The only downside is that I feel stupid now because I could have reached out to the Zapiet customer support sooner.

They are really one of biggest the reasons why this app is better the all the rest !

This app saved our lives. We had a very tricky Delivery system with different availability per different locations. We also needed to allow some time to prepare the delivery and they have all these options available for us. There is nothing this app can't do. 100% recommended, it really made our lives much easier! Well done guys!

Fantastic app functionality. We love using Store Pickup + Delivery as we have full control over the pickup experience for our customers. Also, the support is amazing!

SHOPIFY OWNER BEWARE! If you are using a SUBSCRIPTION app then ZAPIET will NOT included pickup times for RECURRING orders! It will only include date and times for the FIRST order placed by the customer but not recurring orders. This is a HUGE OVERSIGHT and a nightmare to find out when customers are picking up orders. We really like this app and have used it for awhile but with this glitch we will be looking for another app. If you're NOT using SUBSCRIPTIONS then it's a great app.

Support is super quick and really helpful. Had an emergency with my checkout and Zapiet support sorted me out within 5hrs. Woohoo!

Thanks so much for your feedback. I really appreciate your honesty.

We did in fact stop our installs for almost two weeks and it actually dramatically increased our support requests. Aside from that we also have many merchants who install the app without requiring any support. It would be unfair on them to hold back their businesses.

Fantastic, flexible app and Zapiet's support is great. We use Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery along with Zapiet - Rates by Zip Code which enables us to accommodate our store's complex local fulfilment requirements.
