The support team for this app are amazing! They have helped me numerous times and are very easy to get in touch with. The app itself is great and solves many of the issues that Shopify's native Pickup / Shipping / Delivery systems has. 10/10 would recommend.

This app is brilliant, out of all the Store Pickup and Delivery apps out there this one is by far the most robust and flexible and the customer support is INCREDIBLE. Highly recommend.

We've been working with Zapiet since a few years already, there are been a few issues here and there, as it often happen with some app as Shopify keeps evolving as well, and you can then tell which are the ones you want to keep : Zapiet is one of them. They are always very reactive if there's any issue, we never felt like they didn't care and they deliver. Their app is always up to date and amazingly useful for us as we offer bike courier service and deliveries, and deal with different delivery times with different products.

We recently issued a specific request about a new Shopify feature that we wanted to work with and wasn't yet working with their app : done !

In short, an efficient app with a real team that keep the engines clean and oiled, and a wonderful and reactive customer service.

We use this app for almost 3 years now, and we are very happy with all the possibilities the apps has. It works simple and saves us a lot of time in handling our orders.
Also the help we get when we have a question is great!

I'm giving this team, and their product, five stars for going above and beyond to support our migration to a new 2.0 theme. When a significant issue was threatening to derail our migration, the team worked over the weekend to respond and code a solution. Hard to know how you could ask for anything more from a customer service level. Their service level is the best in this class of apps by far, and the functionality is as well. Kudos to the entire team for providing service excellence.

I love this app, it provides functionality that Shopify's native pickup option does not (like allowing pickup from any location, not limiting the locations based on quantity). Their support team is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and quick! I really can't recommend it enough, they go above and beyond to provide a great app, and great service.

Just experienced a wonderful level of service, which can only describe as astonishing. After making a terrible error in removing the app in question. I was fortunate enough to stumble onto Betty. Her thoroughness, patience and attention to detail to ensure that I, a complete novice to both Zaplet and Shopify, was 2nd to none. She managed to reinstate my settings and also tweak my configuration to meet my requirements. She was an absolute life saver, as my foolishness around removing the app, rendered my Shopify platform inoperable. A valuable asset she is, to both Zaplet and Shopify. Thank you Betty.

This app is so pivotal for our business, especially during these times!! Our customers can pick up orders curbside or choose delivery with a breeze! The zapiet team is always responsive with any questions or concerns. Highly recommend adding this app to your shopify store!

The Zapiet team is absolutely amazing. Today I added a new Pick up location to my online store and was having trouble with it actually showing up. I worked with Jessica with online support, and she immediately fixed the bug and restored the online shop to show the new location at Check Out. The team has always been super quick to respond and extremely helpful. They are also great at following up for bigger issues and offering other solutions. Love this app!
