Fantastic app functionality. We love using Store Pickup + Delivery as we have full control over the pickup experience for our customers. Also, the support is amazing!

I WOULD GIVE 1000 STARS, THE HELP WAS ABOVE AND BEYOND. REALLY WENT THE EXTRA MILE TO HELP ME. SO IMPRESSED WITH SERVICE.

Zapiet performs all of the pickup & delivery tasks that i need in my store. I thought they were so complex and setup would be a nightmare but the very best thing about this app is its customer service. I definitely recommend doing the initial setup appointment, because it really helps with the learning curve. My "merchant success specialist" Charlie was amazing and not only did we have a nice time on the phone but she walked me through setting up every aspect of my app that i needed done, which not only was super helpful, to see her do it, but it also left me totally capable of now working the app on my own.

I'm a firm believer that what makes or breaks an app, is their support. Zapiet should get 10 stars for all the times they've made tweaks, answered questions and simply went above and beyond the scope of their app for me. Their turn around time is amazing and they know their stuff. Worth every penny!

Support is super quick and really helpful. Had an emergency with my checkout and Zapiet support sorted me out within 5hrs. Woohoo!

Thanks so much for your feedback. I really appreciate your honesty.

We did in fact stop our installs for almost two weeks and it actually dramatically increased our support requests. Aside from that we also have many merchants who install the app without requiring any support. It would be unfair on them to hold back their businesses.

I will reply personally to your support tickets within the next couple for minutes and we can get your issues resolved together :)

Not so much to say about this APP! It is amazing what you can do with that, and the value you get for the price you pay it's absolutely correct. Customer service it's very helpful.

we are just getting started with the app, so time will tell as our business progresses but as far as customer service, Sam has been really attentive, easy to get a hold of regardless of time difference and has a quick fix for any issues or customizations.
