This app is brilliant, out of all the Store Pickup and Delivery apps out there this one is by far the most robust and flexible and the customer support is INCREDIBLE. Highly recommend.

Amazing app and amazing customer service! Sandy was able to help us installing and fixing a couple of things for us! She even helped us to match the app to our theme colors! I'm just starting using it but I'm loving it! Recommend 100%

We use this app for almost 3 years now, and we are very happy with all the possibilities the apps has. It works simple and saves us a lot of time in handling our orders.
Also the help we get when we have a question is great!

The only app our store cannot live without. An elegant solution to what's otherwise a messy problem.

And the customer service and support is fairly fast and extremely helpful. Definitely the best part about using a Zapiet app!

The app caters for just about everything we need it to do, and the technical support from Andy when we were having difficulties setting up was just awesome. Now we don't have to deal with constantly contacting customers to arrange for deliveries and pickups - it's worth every dollar spent!

Support team is great however, we have been experiencing some issues related to updates by Shopify that have led to bugs and downtime. When it's working, it works great.

Hi Shawn,

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your honest and thorough feedback.

The issue you experienced with rates, is caused by an update made by Shopify. Shopify has changed the format they send some product data to us in the carrier request so our system was no longer able to process the request properly resulting in rates failing. This affected other apps as well.
As soon as we become aware of the issue, we posted about it on our status page advising merchants to use static rates until Shopify resolves the issue: https://status.zapiet.com/
