I use this app to run our flower shop business for delivery and pick up. It is a great app with loads of options. The support is also A+ always willing to help and go above and beyond to help.

I am so glad that our team found Zapiet Store Pickup and delivery, we had a great experience with the support team as we needed to get in touch with them frequently. This isn't reflective of a poor product but of a more complicated use case on our end.

The app is straightforward and powerful and has been absolutely integral to launching our store's e-commerce. Without an app like Zapiet making it all possible, we would be stuck with Squarespace. Thanks to Zapiet and Zapier we have been able to streamline our ordering process reducing the time required to arrange one order from over an hour to a matter of seconds.

Absolute 10/10 recommendation for Zapiet.

This app makes it possible for us to custom tailor delivery windows for our products, and the customer support is consistently super helpful and responsive.

This app has been great, the setup instructions are very clear, so it's easy to get set up and running. Our shop has needed to use this app in some unorthodox ways, but their support has been excellent in getting it to work for our needs. They always respond in a timely manner and there has not been one instance where they were not able to resolve my issues. Truly a must have app for any shop.

We have a brick and mortar store and an ecommerce site and we needed an app that allowed us to calculate shipping costs for local delivery and allow customers to pickup orders in store. This app does both perfectly and has all customizable options you could want. Andrew went above and beyond to make a few small changes to the way my cart was displaying and he answered a question for me minutes after I sent it.

I'm paying from 1 year 49 $ per month for this app, the app is very unstable and the customere care is very slowly ! From one month every day is a new problem, i opened many tickets and every answer it was an escalation with a "senior"...i'm so frustrated

I am really sorry to hear that you had a bad experience.

Over the past couple of weeks we have made some major upgrades to our infrastructure which will bring bring a vastly improved experience for you and your customers in the long term.

We had to do this update before Black Friday/Cyber Monday so everyone could have a less stressful holiday period. Unfortunately, the updates had a few knock on issues that we’ve tried to fix as fast possible.

We are just in the process of ironing out the last of these issues. Our support team also experienced an extremely busy week last week which did result in our response times rising above the norm, we have now cleared the backlog of tickets and the response times are returning to normal.

I use this app for my dessert shop and have been working closely with Pamela and Ismail to fix a couple of issues related to my store's theme, as well as make some small changes to better fit my needs. The customer support has been AMAZING. Responses have been quick, detailed, and issues were fixed promptly and effectively. I would definitely recommend this app as the customer support is impeccable.
